Welcome to this special episode of Political Debrief. Today, I am excited to be talking with some of the candidates running to replace Laura Mae Lindo as MPP for Kitchener Centre on Thursday, November 30th. I chatted with Liberal candidate Kelly Steiss and Green candidate Aislinn Clancy about why they are running and how they will represent young people if they are elected.
Quick note: an invitation was extended to all four parties that won at least one seat in the last election. NDP candidate Debbie Chapman expressed interest in participating, however we were unable to find a time to chat. Ontario PC candidate Rob Elliott did not respond to a request for an interview.
